DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), an omega-3 fatty acid, is a major structural fatty acid in the brain & eyes and is a key component of the heart. Lutein & Zeaxanthin are 2 important antioxidants that help protect the retina of the eye, supporting healthy vision and blue light protection.
Unlike other sources of DHA omega-3 life'sDHA comes from a vegetarian source (algae), not from fish, so there is no worry of ocean-borne contaminants.

Take one (1) softgel daily with a meal.
Store In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for children under 4 years of age due to risk of choking.
Do not take if seal is broken. As with any dietary supplement, consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if your child is taking medications such as anticoagulants of blood thinners, has a bleeding disorder or is anticipating surgery.
